Foaling Season is a wonderful time of year for mini breeders... 
There is something truly special about a mini foal, so small and full of life, so inquisitive.
But it is also a very long, drawn out, often worrying time for breeders, a time when our precious mares are at greatest risk, a time when simply not being at the birth can mean losing the foal and or mare.
For every healthy foal we see playing in the paddock there could well be weeks of sleepless nights for that foals proud breeder.
As breeders, we all do things slightly differently, and there are many "right" ways of successfully breeding and raising foals, if you would like to share your ideas with others, please send them in and we will include them on this site.
